Dr. Miller holds a PhD in Healthcare Administration from Capella University, a Doctorate of Healthcare Administration and MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a BA in Human Services from Hawaii Pacific University. A licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist in Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii, Dr. Miller has been a strong advocate for patient-centered care. She is the founder of Oregon Patient Care Coordinators in Gresham, where she has been serving the local community since 2019.

In her new role at Concorde, Dr. Miller will lead the development of the respiratory therapy curriculum, mentor faculty, and foster student engagement in both academic and clinical settings.
