She also completed a General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida, further sharpening her clinical skills.

After relocating from South Florida, where she practiced with a respected endodontic expert, Dr. Samuel O. Dorn,  Dr. Gascoigne transformed the Roslyn Heights office into a fully digital, cutting-edge facility.
