Polar Hole Light in Europe's Clouds by Ruth Leedy Carr: The Asimov-Sagan Axis Shift and Mars Collapse Puzzles

Maryland City, Maryland Jun 10, 2025 (Issuewire.com) - The hollow Earth theory could pose a hazard to Ruth Leedy Carr's health, or so she thought as she produced books in the 1980s alleging a cover-up of a looming hollow planet disaster. The axis shift prophecies of Edgar Cayce seemed to make sense when the hollow planet theory was applied, resulting in a polar hole shift that would allow the light of the interior sun, around which the shell was in orbit, to be seen shining up into the clouds. It appeared that Isaac Asimov and Carl Sagan were dropping hints along this line, and indicating that the whole subject was dangerous. A person's brain could be broken. Yet Leedy forged ahead, determined to sound a warning that might help save people in northern Europe, about whom the voice speaking through Cayce had said: "The upper portion of Europe will be changed as in the twinkling of an eye." It sounded like the formation of a polar opening.

The prophecies for Japan and the western United States reflected the formation of a new equatorial bulge in the form of high water, as it would be located if a new pole were established in northern Europe. A geologist had said anonymously that an axis shift in the near future would be likely to result from a coming reversal of Earth's magnetic field. Many experts had confirmed that a geomagnetic field reversal was on its way, and the preliminary magnetic field decay had gone on for centuries.

Her books and newsletters made little impression over the years. She was afraid to market them aggressively, and didn't have the money, and of course she wasn't a recognized expert. Perhaps these were the reasons she was not silenced. The anagram messages of Asimov and Sagan, which she began to understand around 2010, indicated that they too feared she would be silenced.

"Why are you risking your life, R.A. Leedy?" This is from "Garand Wyler, Crile Fisher" in Asimov's novel Nemesis, where Fisher risks his life as an undercover agent. In his name alone, "R.L. risks her life" can be found. In "Farley Gordon Wells" from the Norby novels there is this: "You fearlessly warn the world of danger, R.A. Leedy." In "Tessa Anita Wendel" (Nemesis), we see: "Leedi is well, wasn't assassinated." The risks also faced by scientists seemed to be described.

"Brain could be broken and I could die." This is from "Ian Broderick" in Carl Sagan's novel Contact. Sagan's book title Broca's Brain sounds like "broke his brain." In "Sortibackenstrete" from "Death of a Foy" the message appears to be: "Scientists' brains are bent, torn, broken. The hero's body is to be "dismembered" for science. In "Bonky Latourette" (The End of Eternity), we can find: "I try not to let my brain be broken by our ruler." In "Hubert Mandel" from "The Dying Night" we see: "To rule the Earth, you need to learn to bend and tear the human brain." In "Butella, Fridnor, Talpin" (Nightfall) we see: "I be afraid to tell you about the future fate of the planet. I fear retaliation, retribution." Likewise, in "Edward Talliaferro" from "The Dying Night" we find: "I fear rooler wood retaliate if I tried to tell fate of world." Some messages indicate that scientists' brains were tampered with, making them incapable of revealing hidden truths. "In a puzzle I can tell all." Asimov made this statement through the word "zapulniclate," from the Azazel collection.

Since Asimov's fictional demon Azazel had horns and a tail, Carr suspected that there was a real devil Azazel managing the cataclysmic cover-up. This was strongly indicated by Asimov when he placed the letters "Azel" in a character name from one of the Azazel stories. In "Lucius Lamar Hazeltine" from "The Critic on the Hearth" the message may be:

"Azazel rules the Earth, is a tall munci-man." In "Merton Mansky" from "The Bicentennial Man" we find: "A monkey-man's my master." In "The Monkey's Finger," about a super-intelligent monkey, the two main characters names, Marmaduke Tallinn and Lemuel Hoskins, can both spell a version of "monkey." In "Hiroko, Smool, Monolee" (1986) we find: "Some roolers in hell look like monkeys." In "the big sasquam" from "Wine Is a Mocker" the demon Azazel appears to say:

"I am the big Sasquatsh. U must be quiet as U meet me." In "Quackenbush" (1985) we can find: "Sasquach can cause quakes. U can be shaken." In "Fortescue Quackenbrane Flubb" (Magic) we see: "Our ruler Azasel can cause brains to be broken, quakes to be set off." This character has his brain adjusted by Azazel, resulting in a painful dream leading to his early death. As to the motive for Azazel's tyranny over humanity, in "Hilderic, Ermentrude" from Magic we see:

"Inner Earth ruler intended to murder little children." Hilderic is a king, whose two children are murdered, then revived. In her 1981 book, Carr speculated that the inner Earth ruling forces might be intending to gather us up during a cataclysm, under the pretense of saving us, and use us for biological purposes. Youth hormones are especially plentiful in the bodies of babies and children. If Earth's rulers are the Sasquatch, they are similar enough to us to benefit from distilling and consuming us, and different enough to consider us a distinct lower species which they can prey on without guilt.

Perhaps Charles Fort was right when he said Earth is a gigantic farm and we are the only crop groomed to anticipate sudden destruction, then urged to be fruitful and multiply again.

About the Author: Ruth Leedy Carr attended Indiana University, where she majored in journalism and psychology and covered stories in many scientific fields. She has written eight books on polar hole shifting, of which two Florida Benton books were republished by Saucerian Press. She was proclaimed by UFO researcher William L. Moore to be the world's foremost proponent of the hollow Earth theory.

This book can be purchased on Amazon, Barnes & Noble and many other distribution channels worldwide.
