Sydney Songwriter Charlie Donnellan Releases Debut EP 'The Half of It'

Sydney, New South Wales Oct 22, 2025 (Issuewire.com) - At 19, Charlie Donnellan has spent more than half her life writing songs. What started at age seven in Sydney has become a fully realized bedroom production operation, where she writes, records, and produces everything herself.

Her debut single "Stationery" arrived in May 2024, marking her first public release after years of private songwriting. Now, her debut EP 'The Half of It' captures a year's worth of work exploring how to find meaning when nothing stays still. The six-track collection balances poetic lyricism with romantic, wistful production, drawing influence from Taylor Swift, Middle Kids, and Chappell Roan.

Launch Show at The Chippo Hotel

Donnellan will bring 'The Half of It' to life, performing live for the first time on November 2nd at The Chippo Hotel in Sydney. The launch show features support from Elmine Isa and Avery Pickup, with several EP tracks making their live debut.
