Bailey Howell Crowned Miss Juneteenth USA 2025. Continuing the Legacy of Freedom and Empowerment

Fort Worth, Texas Oct 21, 2025 (Issuewire.com) - Unity Unlimited, Inc., the brand managers and producers of Opals Walk for Freedom, proudly announces that Bailey Howell, the reigning Miss Juneteenth DFW 2025 and Miss Juneteenth Texas USA, has gone on to make history by winning the national title of Miss Juneteenth USA 2025.

I am deeply grateful beyond measure to have been chosen as a voice for the Black community and entrusted with the honor of standing at the forefront for young Black women. I want every young lady to know that her worth is never defined by her appearance or her traits, but by the depth of her heart and her determination to pursue whatever she sets her mind to,  exclaimed Bailey. 

Bailey first captured the title of Miss Juneteenth DFW in June 2025, launching the annual Juneteenth celebrations powered by Unity Unlimited, Inc. Her grace, intellect, and commitment to community service embodied the true spirit of Juneteenth freedom, education, and progress.

Following her regional win in July, Bailey represented the State of Texas at the national pageant, where she stood out for her advocacy for youth empowerment and cultural education. Her victory as Miss Juneteenth USA marks a significant milestone in her journey and highlights the growing impact of the Juneteenth movement across the country.

Baileys accomplishment is not just a win for Texas its a win for every young woman who dares to stand proud in her heritage and purpose, said Dione Sims, Executive Director of Unity Unlimited, Inc. She represents the next generation continuing the march toward unity and freedom for all.
